After your payment is authorized and verified, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Orders are generally dispatched within 5-10 working days , but our customers can choose from a range of shipping options, depending on how urgently you need your product from Hornsleth Posters. Furthermore, you will receive a shipping notification email, which will notify you when your item is on its way.

Your order will be sent to the address which matches the one in your order info and your Hornsleth Poster account. It is therefore essential to make sure that your address is complete, and that you use your correct delivery address with your house number, street, postal code and country.

Depending on where you are located, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. If you do not respond to the notice, your package will be returned to Hornsleth Posters, and your order will be cancelled. Then a full refund will be processed to your account only when the package is returned and in good and original condition. This whole process may take up to 6 weeks or more and there is no way we can speed this up.
