How to return your order with Hornsleth and GLS

How long do I have to return my package?

You have 14 days from the day you receive your package to return it to us.

How long will it take before I get my money back?

After we have received and inspected your return package for any damage or defects, we will refund your money if everything is as it should be. You will receive an email when we have received and refunded the amount. It may take 2-4 banking days for the money to be in your account (this depends on the banks' processing times).

How do I return the package?

  1. Click on the link above and fill in all necessary information.
  2. Pack your order securely.
  3. Drop off the package at your nearest GLS parcel shop.

With the GLS QR code you save unnecessary labels. You will receive the QR code via SMS/email (it will also be available in the GLS app). Choose a GLS parcel shop where you can print the parcel label and return the parcel. This way, only the labels that are actually needed will be printed.

For what reasons can I return my order?

You can return your order for any reason.

Can I exchange for a different style?

If you want to exchange for a different size, you can return the item to us for 69,- in shipping costs, and we will send a new package at our expense.

NOTE: It is important that you select exchange during the return process and include a clear note in the package stating what you want.

Refunds

Once your return item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your item is approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted (this is beyond our control).
