Bhāvanā, Sanskrit: bhāvanā, literally means “development” or “cultivating” or “producing” in the sense of “calling into existence”. It is an important concept in Buddhist practice. When used on its own, bhavana signifies contemplation and 'spiritual cultivation' generally. Does the fighter plane oppose the inner peace or does it make us all safer in order to find inner peace? And do the splashing colors make you calm or energetic? More confusion, more intelligence!
