This art poster  is a reproduction of Danish artist Kristian von Hornsleth’s original painting called “MORPHODIDUS”.

A colorful and very special art piece, but also sad and extreemly violent. Showing the iconic picture of a man, who suicidally have set fire to himself, during a political protest. Hornsleth has added colorful paint strokes to the picture, which look like wings. With the word “MORPHODIDUS” written over it, symbolicing a transformation into a beautiful blue male butterfly named Morpho didius.
