The expected delivery time is shown in the payment process. Stock goods will be sent within 5-10 working days after ordering. If an item is not in stock, you will be contacted for further delivery information.
All parcels will be delivered by Danish national mail.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days for a replacement or a refund.
IMPORTANT! Returned posters will only be accepted if they have not been used.
When returning the purchased poster you need to enclose a copy of the original invoice as well as information whether you want the item(s) replaced, or you want your money refunded. In case you want a money refund, we would also need your bank registration and account number for the money transfer. Please note that freight costs will not be refunded.
Returned items will be handled in the order we receive them. If you have not received the replacement item or heard from us within 14 days, please contact us for clarification.
NOTE: Items returned on COD terms (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.
If you wish to exchange to another poster, Hornslethposters.com will pay the freight costs for the second shipment. However, if you wish to exchange the same order again, you will be charged for this 3rd shipment.
All orders are shipped from Denmark. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Claims will be handled in accordance with Danish legislation. Gives you a 24 months warranty on all merchandise. This warranty means that as a customer you can make claims on defects and faults of the purchased up to a period of 24 months after the purchase. However, it is a precondition that the errors have not been caused by misuse of the product or any other harming conduct. The claim must be made within a reasonable time after you have registered the defect or fault.
Being the customer you can demand a new product, provided that the claim is justified, that the exchange of the product will not cause unreasonable costs for Hornslethposters.com, and that the claim in any other way is possible to fulfil. If the product cannot be replaced, you will be entitled to a money refund.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt, where within the EU, and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge. You will only be charged once the goods have been despatched to the delivery address.
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside Denmark will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.
